Basic Steps to Enroll

1. Complete
   1. Preschool Application for Enrollment Form 
   2. ​Kindergarten/1st/2nd Application for Enrollment Form
2. Hold the space for your child with a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00/Preschool, $100.00​/Kindergarten.
3. Complete​ Registration Form 
4. ​Complete Permissions Form (includes Permission to Participate and Receive Emergency Care)
5. Complete Emergency Information Form
6. ​Deliver Child's Medical Statement - General Health Appraisal Form (annual physical)
7. Deliver up-to-date Immunization Record ​
8. Special Forms ​ 
   1. Special Diet Statement/Accommodation Form
   2. ​Permission for Medication Administration Form

All new and returning students need to complete the forms listed above. 
To hold a student's place in class the Enrollment Application and the registration fee
​must be delivered to the preschool as early as possible.
